Vegan Fresh Pasta Workshop

Do you love pasta? Have you ever thought about making a special fresh pasta dish to surprise your family and friends? If you are a passionate foodie, a pasta lover -or both!- and you have the desire to be able to cook fresh pasta at home, we have a plan for you!

This September Mike of Umami Barcelona will be sharing his expertise with a unique workshop on how to make fresh pasta at home!

He will teach you the recipe for the amazing pasta dough they have been serving at their umami dinners. A unique egg-free recipe that delivers a strong, reliable and versatile dough that will allow you to make different kinds of pasta; from tagliatelle -noodle type- to filled pastas like tortelloni, cannelloni and even lasagna sheets.

At this workshop you will learn how to make:
* Fresh pasta dough;
* Tagliatelle
* Tortelloni -and other filled pasta shapes;
* A delicious creamy and cheesy pasta sauce.
* Plus you will leave with one of Mike's tasty ravioli filling recipes to try at home!

For the most part, the workshop will be a demonstration by Mike, however we look forward to everyone joining in and participating in the making of the pasta.

After the workshop, we will we will cook the pasta we have prepared (plus some extras we will bring) and share a TASTING together. We love to save some time before the end of the night to enjoy each others company and the wonderful, starchy miracle we have just made.

Price is €35 per person, which includes the workshop + recipes + tasting and a glass of wine.
