Are you ready to try a completely new style of 100% plant based food inspired by the best dishes of Mexican Cuisine? Mike Davies is teaming up with the talented vegan chef Lluvia Caron and Mexican Chef and Sommelier Ro Priseño to create a unique, delicious and authentic Mexican dinning experience. They will be bringing traditional Mexican food to a whole new level with aromas, spices and textures you may not have experienced before.


Starter. Mexican Tacos First course Mushroom Ceviche with mango, chipotle mayo and lime foam. Second Course. Tlacoyos with black beans, nopal salad and a touch of tomato powder.
Third Course. Quesadillas with vegan cheese and a sour orange spiced jackfruit filling.
Dessert. Lime avocado tart
