Thai Seafood Cooking Class

Thai together is offering a Thai cooking class focused on seafood! You will learn to make a vegetarian twist on a popular salad, an all-time classic shrimp soup and a delicious three-flavour fish dish.

Liz Kalnin of Thai Together and a Chiang Mai native, will explain the unique blend of flavours that characterize Thai food, and how balancing tastes is at the heart of Thai cuisine.

The class will be hands-on so you will be guided throughout. You will also learn tips on where ingredients can be found in Barcelona and practical techniques for preparing Thai food.


Chickpea, quinoa and pumpkin laab salad tossed with pounded grounded rice, chili, mint and lime.

Sour and spicy shrimp "Tom Yam Goong" soup with Thai herbs and mushrooms.

Three flavoured - sweet, slightly spicy and tangy - fried fish "Pla Sam Rot".

Jasmine rice and wine included.


Price 35€ per person. All food and wine included.
